Sessions can take place in the comfort of your home or gym, or at Elite Fitness Kaimuki, where I train clients in a fully equipped, supportive environment. Wherever we meet, each workout is tailored to your needs, goals, and lifestyle.

About Me
Born and raised in Honolulu, I discovered weight training in my late 30s after years of taking HIIT-style classes that just weren’t delivering the results I was hoping for. Looking to make a change, I started working with a personal trainer and was introduced to strength training — and it was life-changing. I not only grew physically stronger, but also gained confidence and a whole new passion for fitness.
As a mom of two boys and someone who spent years working in an office, I know how intimidating it can feel to step into a gym — especially if you’re just starting out. That’s why, as a certified personal trainer, I’m committed to helping others build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits at any age.
I believe in a holistic approach to fitness — combining strength training, cardio, nutrition, flexibility, and mental well-being to create real, lasting results.
